Maintenance Equipment
The Honolulu Community College's AERO program utilizes a variety of equipment for the training of aviation maintenance technicians. The Pacific Aerospace Training Center on the south ramp of the Honolulu International Airport is home to about a dozen different project aircraft. Our proud inventory of aircraft includes a nearly whole McDonnell Douglas DC-9-50 jet airliner that was generously donated by Hawaiian Airlines upon retirement of its aging DC-9 fleet.
