HSER 30 - Work with Senior Citizens
Survey of jobs involving work with the elderly. Students will be exposed to community resources designed to meet the needs of senior citizens and will learn the nature of elderly services work in various agencies which serve the older person. Basic approaches utilized by elderly services workers will be discussed. Rewards and problems in work with the aged.
