WELD 68 - Blueprint Reading for Welders
- Prerequisite: BLPR 22
- WELD majors only
A basic course in blueprint interpretation designed primarily for Welding Technology majors. Emphasis will be placed on welding symbols and their significance. Basic instruction in structural shapes and estimating will also be covered.

Upon successful completion of WELD 68, the student will be able to:
- Select and use the proper safety clothing and equipment
- Demonstrate proper use of terminology and symbols, blueprint reading and interpretation and sketching
